Elizabeth (“Lizzy”) represents workers in employment cases, with an emphasis on wage and hour litigation and independent contractor misclassification. Her practice includes complex class, collective, and multi-plaintiff civil litigation on the trial and appellate levels, as well as representing individuals in both court and arbitration proceedings.
Lizzy previously served as a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School, where she taught Federal Litigation in a Global Context for three years. While in law school, she was the Executive Submissions Editor for the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice (formerly the Hastings Women’s Law Journal).
