Aaron has practiced employment law for over 30 years. He represents workers in individual, group, and class action employment litigation, with particular emphasis on wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and whistle-blower law. He has served as class counsel in scores of wage and hour class and collective actions. He is a frequent author and lecturer in the areas of wage and hour law and employment class actions. He serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association's treatise on The Fair Labor Standards Act, and has served as Co-Chair for California Employment Lawyers Association’s Wage and Hour and Amicus Brief Committees. He was also a Fellow to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, an organization honoring outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence.
